Give Back and Feel Good

Workplace campaigns promote team building, enhance morale and boost your company’s profile.

Join hundreds of other workplaces across Vancouver Island helping solve critical social issues in our community. Together we can reduce poverty, support children, and build a stronger Vancouver Island.

How Does it Work?

United Way works with organizations like yours to raise money throughout the year through employee payroll deductions, one-time donations, and fundraising events. We find out what cause you’re passionate about and help you tailor a campaign that inspires your employees to give.

We Support Workplace Campaigns Through:

We work closely with an employee campaign coordinator in your organization to support the campaign in every way; from creating goals to recognizing donors.

We share past strategies and experiences to strengthen your campaign. We also provide campaign resources including kits, posters and brochures.

Hear true stories about how lives are being changed by the generosity of your workplace donors. Speakers from United Way and United Way funded organizations are available to share about the work they do in the community and how lives are being changed by your generosity.

All the support you need to create a strategy, including campaign dates, special events, internal communications, and more.
